Tomas Kron, PhD, FCCPM, FCOMP, FACPSEM, FIOMPTomas is Director of Physical Sciences at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne and holds academic appointments at Wollongong, RMIT and Melbourne Universities. Fellow of IOP(UK), ACPSEM, COMP, IOMP and IUPESM and was awarded an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for services to medicine, research and education in 2014. He is on the editorial board of Radiother. Oncol., Clin. Oncol. and Radiat. Meas. and consultant for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).For the last seven years he also has served in various roles on the International Medical Physics Certification Board (IMPCB). |

Afua Yorke, PhDAn Assistant Professor in Medical Physics at the University of Washington, Seattle. Passionate about Global Radiotherapy and her previous work on investigating Medical Physics quality assurance and management practices in Lower- and-Middle Income Countries led to her earning a first career grant 3UH3CA211310-04S1 (NCI Diversity supplement grant) and a recognition by the 2021 Winter Institute of Medical Physics Global Scholars Research Award. She is also an associate of the AAPM Science Council Associate Mentorship Program (SCAMP) and recently a cohort of the inaugural 2022 class of Emerging leaders in Academic Medical Physics organized by the University of Wisconsin. |

Navid Khaledi, PhD, IMPC
Holds a Ph.D. in Medical Radiation Engineering and a CAMPEP-accredited Master's in Medical Physics from Toronto Metropolitan University. Navid is a Medical Physicist and Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) at CancerCare Manitoba, where he joined in 2023. Navid joined the MPWB Communications Committee in 2022 and is also a member of the Communications Team at COMP. Previously, he served as the Medical Radiation Advisor at the Iranian Comprehensive Cancer Center. He has also held two research fellowships at Fudan University in Shanghai. |
