Annual membership meeting
MPWB will hold its annual membership meeting on Tuesday 31 July 2018 from 12:15 to 1:45 in room Music Row 6 on Level Two in the Omni Nashville Hotel at the annual meeting of the AAPM in Nashville, TN. This is the hotel that is the AAPM Headquarters and hosts all the AAPM committee meetings. The meeting will be open to all people interested in MPWB and its activities; however, any formal voting will be restricted to members only.

There are three MPWB Board positions to be filled by election of the members. Following a call for nominations, the Nominations Committee has identified one candidate for each of the positions:
President-Elect: John Schreiner (bio available here)
President: Yakov Pipman (currently serving as President-Elect)
Past-President: Jake Van Dyk (currently serving as President).
Successful election of these individuals to the Board requires a quorum of members, so if you are attending the AAPM meeting, please show up to the MPWB AGM on Tuesday July 31 to vote.
MPWB Information Meeting
The MPWB Annual General Meeting will be combined with a general information meeting and will be open to non-members for information purposes. Non-members will not be able to vote on official matters but are welcome to find out about the activities and progress of MPWB.
